Aqua is always great to work with. Their properties are clean, comfortable and a good value. The Springfield Beach House is especially our favorite because its an easy walk to the beach.

House was perfect for the 8 of us. The 3 levels gave everyone their space. Kitchen setup and cookware/dishes made it easy to cook huge meals. Backyard is massive. Beach is a couple of minute walk. All beds were comfortable. Hot tub was perfect. We will be coming back

We had an amazing time at the property this past weekend. Having two stoves and two dishwashers was incredibly helpful, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and the spacious couch for movies. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious with a large table where everyone could seat and have a meal together.

We traveled with 6 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Great location close to the beach/downtown New Buffalo. The backyard was amazing and had everything we were looking for and then some! Will definitely be booking thru Aqua again next time we travel to New Buffalo.

I traveled with friends and family for a weekend getaway. This house was perfect for a large group. It offered separate spaces for two families, but it also offered the perfect space for us to be together when we wanted. The hot tub was nice and the beach was beautiful. The beach was close, clean and not over crowded. The house offered everything we needed. They even left stuff for s'more and plenty of beach towels. I would definitely go back.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend. A very short walk away from the beach as well. We loved enjoying the hot tub and the fire pit. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable as well! Definitely would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone for a long weekend.

Plenty of communication and specific expectations. House was clean and decorated well. Close to lake for walks. Bed set ups were great for adults versus a bunch of twin beds like other rentals in the area.

We had the pleasure of hosting our family of nine for Thanksgiving at this incredible vacation home, and it exceeded our expectations. The spacious kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for our large gathering, with two stoves and two dishwashers making meal prep a breeze. The home was immaculately clean, and we loved the added comfort of individual heating and cooling units in every room, along with heated bathroom floors. There were plenty of towels for the hot tub, and the convenience of having detergent for the washing machine was much appreciated. The thoughtful inclusion of firewood was just one of many details that made our stay so enjoyable.

The location was ideal, with restaurants, wineries, and shopping all within a 20-minute drive. The host greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and ensured we knew how to use everything. Communication was seamless, with prompt responses to both email and text inquiries.

We truly had a wonderful time and would absolutely consider renting this home again or booking through this company in the future.

Beautiful spacious house. Looks exactly as pictured online. Huge kitchen with everything you could need. Patio and back yard are massive. Hot tub was warm and clean. Five minute walk to the beach and short walk to downtown. 10 minute drive to New Buffalo. We would stay here again and highly recommend for larger groups (we stayed as a group of 8 adults).

Thanks so much for all of the accommodations. Our group was so comfortable and relaxed. The family room was perfect for a great night of games. I'm big on cooking and the Kitchen had everything imaginable. The beds were comfortable and the entire home was clean. The heated flooring in the bathrooms was so plush. Unfortunately, we didn't have cooperative weather so we did not get to formally utilize the backyard amenities however the setup looks great. Definitely will be returning thank you Aqua Vacations for an amazing stay.

Our summer 2023 family vacation was amazing! Your home was absolutely perfect for our family. Tanya was there to meet/greet us with a smile and quickly gave us a tour of the house. The house was clean and exactly what we expected from its online profile. I was super strong use the amazing kitchen, which greeted us with s’more fixings and soda and waters in the fridge! My adult children joined us this vaca so this house was absolutely a perfect fit! We cooked, we played games, we enjoyed the fire pit and beach, and slept well at the end of each day!!

Fabulous home with lots of room and fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for our thanksgiving day meal. The large kitchen table had plenty of room for eating and game playing. The family room had a comfy couch for watching football. We had a great time and will hopefully get to go back again soon!

We had a great stay; there was plenty of room and the property was very clean and well maintained. We needed more blankets, but when we requested them they were quickly delivered. I would certainly recommend this property for retreats, family vacations, or friend weekends!

This is a fabulous home for a vacation near Lake Michigan. The five very comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms can easily accommodate two families. The kitchen is very well kitted out - two dishwashers and two stoves, WOW. The entertainment room is a great place to hang out and the backyard is near perfect for a fire and s'mores. It is very easy and quick walking distance to the beach, and to lovely coffee shops and stores. It's a fantastic place to stay and we will (hopefully) go back.

We had an amazing time! Upon arrival, we were impressed by how clean everything was, including the upkeep on the pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was there and the games were a nice touch for a rainy day we had. Love this place and look forward to coming back!

It was in a good location for our quick visit. We enjoyed a very clean hot tub!
Did not like the fact you could see from the front door to the back(shot gun style) No covering on the doors. See right through the home at night. Plus the smoke detector was hanging by the wires not sure if it was working.
We enjoy the area very much and we will look for another home that can fit our needs.

We woke up to a window by the back door wide open not the screened area. One of the guest felt like we were being watched that night. Then we all woke up to the windows open wide open. Plus I checked other windows and ones around the house and some were unlocked. Just made us uneasy. We will keep looking for our girls trip for next year.

Wonderful Union Pier location, walking distance to the beach, bakery, gelato shop, a few restaurants, and small grocery store. Pool and hot tub is such a bonus to find at a house this size. Perfect for our small family. House was very clean and just as pictured. Would definitely rent again!

The house is in a great location with easy walk to the beach. Comfortably furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space, pool and hot tub. The retractable awning was a definite plus. The only suggestion we would make would be to provide a little more dishware. Management company was very responsive.

We loved Sandy Shores and would definitely stay here again. The layout is really conducive to a relaxing family vacation and our 3 kids absolutely loved the pool. Location was great, we walked for breakfast and coffee every morning at Whistle Stop. The home was clean and well appointed and Aqua is very responsive to any issues that arise which is great for peace of mind.

This is our second year renting Sandy Shores for a week long family vacation. The house was clean, property just as picture show. It’s a 3-minute walk to the beach and we loved having a pool as well. Quick walk to a few restaurants for lunch and dinner pick-ups. Highly recommend this house and rental company!

We had a nice long weekend here. The home is nicely updated and well appointed with what we needed- lots of beach towels and kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware. Very close to the beach and with the pool and hot tub nobody got bored. Very clean and mgmt very responsive.

The condo was very nice with easy access. The location is great. Comfortable and homey. The only issue was the guest room TV had a faulty connector. We had a great time and would stay again.

This was our first mini family vacation and it was wonderful. The location was perfect, the condo was large and fulfilled all of our needs for the weekend. Unfortunately the indoor pool was pretty chilly and there were painters present all weekend re-painting the exterior so we were unable to use the balcony during our stay. In general, we enjoyed ourselves!

Great location. Rental was stocked with everything you will need for a wonderful few weeks in New Buffalo. Room sizes were great, location was perfect, easy access to beach’s, great restaurants, and shopping. Exercise room had everything a person could ask for. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great furniture and TV’s.

The property description was accurate, and we received exactly what we expected. It was very clean, in great shape, and provided all that we needed. It is great to work with Tonya at Aqua and the customer service is top-notch. We would gladly recommend this property and rental company to anyone. Stray Dog, Brewsters, and Nancy's are our favorite spots (mostly Nancy's!).
One item to note: the ice dispenser did not work again this year.

Beautiful home and property, with access to a lovely beach. Host was very helpful, with clear instructions that made checking in and out a breeze. We also really appreciated the beach gear and the cart to take things to the beach. It was really helpful to not have to pack chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.

Very nice cabin. Kitchen fully equipped. Close to beach. Private beach has to be spelled out. Private association beach vs private property beach. Private property beach owners were very rude. So spelling out distinction important. Should include map for review before booking. County ordinances on number of parked cars and number of people too strict.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our study at Lake Perch cottage. The highlights were cleanliness fully stacked kitchen, and our favorite the screen porch. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the private beach due to a foot injury. It was not made clear at the time of reservations that the trek from the cottage to the steps to the private beach was at least 2 city blocks. And then the steps down to the beach numbered, fifty two total. We may do with a trip to the Warren. Dunes. The location of the cottage itself was perfectly situated between new buffalo and the worn dooms, so travel by car is very convenient.
