Welcome to "Just Beachy", a beautifully updated vacation home in the heart of Union Pier—just a few short blocks from the beach and within walking distance to local favorites like Union Pier Market and Red Arrow Roadhouse.

This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for your Southwest Michigan getaway. Step inside and instantly unwind in the light, beach-inspired interior. The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, cozy fireplace, and TV—ideal for movie nights or laid-back afternoons. Guests enjoy streaming and high-speed WiFi throughout the home.

Comfortable Sleeping Spaces

* **Primary Suite:** King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large jetted soaking tub, plus direct access to the screened porch
* **Bedroom 2:** Queen bed
* **Bedroom 3:** Two twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests

A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located near the additional bedrooms.

The large, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking, whether you're prepping a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The dining table seats up to 8 guests comfortably. Step out to the screened-in porch—an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails without worrying about bugs. - All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
