Welcome to your perfect Harbor Country escape—Vic's Studio. This newly renovated studio in Harbert, Michigan offers a stylish and comfortable stay just minutes from the best of the area. Thoughtfully designed, the space features a plush king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table—ideal for relaxing meals after a day at the beach.
Step outside and enjoy your private outdoor space with a fire pit, perfect for winding down in the evening. Located within walking distance to Harbert Beach and the beloved Harbert Swedish Bakery, you’ll have easy access to local favorites right at your fingertips.
Just a short drive away, explore the natural beauty of Warren Dunes State Park or spend time in downtown Sawyer with its charming shops, breweries, and restaurants.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a relaxing weekend by the lake, Vic's Studio offers the perfect mix of comfort, location, and modern style.
Main house will be available 2027. Ask about Vic's Retreat which will include the main house (4 bedroom 2.5 bath) with Studio and Game Room.
Policies
- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
