The home features two bedrooms on the main floor and a large open room upstairs with one queen bed and three twin beds—ideal for families or groups. Relax on the screened-in porch, unwind around the fire pit, or enjoy a cookout on the gas grill in the spacious backyard surrounded by towering oak trees.
Located just 1 mile from the beach and close to local wineries and tasting rooms, you’ll have easy access to all the best of Harbor Country. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown New Buffalo, you can enjoy great restaurants, shops, and entertainment before returning to your peaceful retreat under the trees.
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
