Prairie View

Our family had an incredible stay at Prairie View! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt brand new. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The upstairs loft was a huge hit with the kids—they loved having their own hangout space. We spent our days at Warren Dunes and our evenings gathered around the fire pit or relaxing on the screened porch. The outdoor shower was a game changer after the beach, making cleanup so easy before dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals, and the large deck was perfect for eating outside. The location couldn't have been better. We walked into Sawyer for coffee and dinner and took short drives to wineries and the beach. Prairie View truly had everything we were looking for, and we're already planning our next visit!

My family and I have stayed in vacation rentals before—some nicer than others—but this property in Sawyer absolutely blew our doors off! Even my 15 year-old daughter was impressed—and that’s really saying something.Totally new, fresh and beautiful from top to bottom, the bright, airy layout offered up a non-stop cheerful vibe. Charming touches--like fluffy towels, crisp linens, extra-cushy pillows, and incredibly comfy beds—added the kind of details that really made us feel welcome.I also love to cook so I really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. We all loved the outdoor shower—as well the deck and the fire-pit. No better way to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. We were also delighted that downtown Sawyer was just a few minutes’ walk away. Our family will definitely be back!

We spent our days exploring Warren Dunes and our evenings unwinding around the fire pit or enjoying the peaceful screened porch. Dinner at Susan's and The Historian was a highlight of our trip—both offered fantastic food and a memorable dining experience. We also loved discovering Sawyer Market, which had everything we needed and quickly became one of our favorite local spots. The location of Prairie View made it so easy to enjoy the best of Sawyer while still having a beautiful place to come home to and relax.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in a brand newbeautiful home in Sawyer! The living and dining spaces are so comfortableand relaxing that I felt very much 'at home'. I slept really well on thebrand new bed and beautiful linens. Loved having an outdoor shower aftertime at the beach - one of my favorite things to do after a swim;) Thekitchen is well equipped and designed for ease of entertaining. The outdoorspaces are restful with the prairie just beyond the deck and privacy inabundance. I highly recommend this special spot for couples or families whoenjoy nature and a restful environment yet super convenient to so much thearea has to offer!

Prairie View was the perfect home base for our annual friends' getaway! The layout worked wonderfully for our group of eight, with comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and plenty of common space to gather. The primary suite was especially luxurious, and everyone appreciated not having to wait for a bathroom. The home itself is gorgeous—bright, modern, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We loved sipping coffee on the back deck in the morning and ending our evenings by the fire pit. The screened porch and outdoor shower were unexpected bonuses that made our stay even more enjoyable. Being able to walk into downtown Sawyer for coffee, cocktails, and dinner was such a treat, and the wineries and Warren Dunes were only minutes away. Prairie View strikes the perfect balance between peaceful retreat and convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Harbor Country!
